Once you've set an appointment, your share of the session begins.
Consider the people in spirit that you most hope to hear from.
Let them know either through mind-speak or verbally, that you've set an appointment and on which day.
Invite them to join us.
How good is your memory? Make yourself a mental or written list of people in your life circlethat are now in spirit.
Those wishing to convey something to you from spirit may be outside of your family.
Consider ~ Friends, Classmates, Teachers and Neighbors.
Basically ~ Everyone you've ever known!
Don't forget passed pets.
Be open and relaxed at session time, though not artificially so.
Be mindful that often times a relative or friend of someone you are close to may have a message for that person. If your sister-in-law's father is in spirit he may see this as the opportunity to let her know through you, that he is doing fine.
I may ask for simple clarification of information relayed, confirmation that YOU understand what your loved ones are referring to. We will take time for explanations required.
We may also discuss questions or concerns that you have regarding current conditions in your life. Your spirit loved ones may offer reminders to you of the options you have, what opportunities may await you. This is not regarded as 'fortune telling'.
If you've scheduled a telephone session have note paper available as sessions are not recorded. Note paper will be available for you at an in person session.
